Honest note: the photos are digital mockups from the print partner. Each mug is printed after you order, usually within 2–7 business days, then shipped with tracking. If it arrives chipped or misprinted, send a photo and I'll replace it.

Shipping & production

Made to order by Printify's print partners. Production usually takes 2–7 business days. US shipping usually takes 3–8 business days after that, and international orders take longer. Shipping is charged at what the print partner charges me, with no markup.

Returns & misprints

Misprinted, damaged or wrong item? Email a photo within 30 days of delivery and you'll get a free replacement or a full refund, with no need to send it back. Because each item is printed just for you, I can't take returns for change of mind or size. Check the size chart first.

Why print-on-demand?

Nothing sits in a warehouse and nothing gets overproduced and thrown out. It also means I don't need money up front for inventory, which keeps prices lower. The tradeoff is a few extra days for printing.
