Just me, Pheeniks. I'm a solo creator who makes roleplay, worldbuilding and AI-chat tools. There's no team or warehouse. The main site is darealpheeniks.com.

After checkout you get an email with a download link, and it also shows on your order page. Free kits work the same way at $0. If the email doesn't arrive within an hour, check spam, then contact me.

Partly, and I say so openly. Digital products are drafted with AI assistance, then reviewed, rewritten and edited by me. Merch designs are built from my logo and fonts, with no AI image generators. The full details are on the Transparency page.

They're written to work across Janitor AI, SillyTavern, Character.AI, ChatGPT, Claude and similar tools. Every model behaves differently, though, so results vary. I'm not affiliated with any of those platforms.

Printify's print partners print it after you order. That's usually 2–7 business days of production, plus 3–8 business days of US shipping. You'll get tracking by email. See the shipping policy.

Email me. If a file is broken (within 14 days) or merch arrives misprinted or damaged (within 30 days of delivery, with a photo), you'll get a fix, a replacement or a full refund. See the refund policy.

Yes. Use them for your own bots, campaigns, stories or streams. Just don't resell or re-share the files themselves.

Every product page shows the breakdown: price, Shopify's card fee (2.9% + 30¢), print cost for merch, and what I keep. The Transparency page explains the rest.

Merch ships anywhere the print partners deliver that's offered at checkout. Import duties, if your country charges them, are paid by the recipient.

Use the contact form or email darealpheeniks@gmail.com. I usually reply within 2–3 days.
