Terms of service

These terms cover your use of darealpheeniks.store ("the store") and anything you buy here. The store is run by Pheeniks, an individual creator in the United States ("I", "me"). By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Products
- Digital products (PDFs, text files, templates, prompt packs) are delivered electronically. Some are drafted with AI assistance and then edited by me, as stated on each product page.
- AI output isn't guaranteed. Prompts and templates are tools. Results depend on the AI model, platform and settings you use, and I'm not responsible for what a third-party AI generates. Follow the rules of whatever platform you use them on.
- Merch is made to order by third-party print partners (via Printify). Colors on screen can differ slightly from the printed item.
2. License for digital products
When you buy a digital product, you get a personal, non-exclusive license to use it, including in your own commercial work (for example your bots, campaigns, stories or streams). You may not resell, redistribute, share or upload the files themselves, or present them as your own product. Free products follow the same rule unless the file says otherwise.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are in USD and shown at checkout before you pay. Payments are processed by Shopify. If a price is clearly wrong because of a typo or technical error, I may cancel the order and refund you in full.
4. Refunds and shipping

5. Not affiliated
Platform names such as Janitor AI, Character.AI, SillyTavern, ChatGPT or Claude are only used to describe compatibility. I'm not affiliated with or endorsed by any of them.
6. Intellectual property
The PHEENIKS name, logo, designs and product contents belong to me. Buying a product doesn't transfer ownership of them, apart from the license in section 2.
7. Limitation of liability
The store and products are provided "as is". As far as the law allows, my total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be waived.
8. Privacy
How personal information is handled is described in the Privacy policy.
9. Changes
I may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and the version in effect when you ordered applies to that order.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana and the United States, except where your local consumer law says otherwise.
