Digital downloads
There's nothing to ship. Right after payment you'll get an email with your download link, and the link also appears on your order confirmation page. If it hasn't arrived within an hour, check your spam folder, then email me and I'll send it directly.
Merch
Merch is printed on demand by Printify's print partners, which means it's made after you order. Times below are the typical estimates print partners give. They aren't guarantees.
- Production: usually 2–7 business days.
- Shipping within the US: usually 3–8 business days after it ships.
- International: usually 10–30 business days, depending on the country.
- Tracking: you'll get a tracking link by email when it ships.
- Split shipments: different items may come from different print partners, so they can arrive separately.
Shipping cost
The shipping cost at checkout is what the print partner charges me. I don't add a markup.
Customs and duties
International orders may be charged import duties or taxes by your country. Those are set by your government, aren't collected by me, and are paid by the recipient.
