How it works
Made to order
Everything in the Phoenix Collection is printed by Printify's partners after you order, usually 2–7 business days, plus 3–8 business days of US shipping. Tracking comes by email. See the shipping policy.
Shipping at cost
Shipping is charged at the rate the print partner charges me, with no markup. You see it at checkout before you pay.
Problem? I fix it
Misprinted or damaged? Send a photo within 30 days of delivery and you get a replacement or a full refund. See the refund policy.
Who's behind it
- One person. I'm Pheeniks. No team, agency or warehouse, and no dropshipping of random products.
- Same owner as the main site. darealpheeniks.com (WordPress) and darealpheeniks.store (Shopify) are both run by me. Tips go through Ko-fi.
- Just starting out. There are no reviews yet. Any reviews you see here later will come from real buyers.
Where your money goes
Every product page has its own breakdown. Here's how the $16 Ember Phoenix Mug splits:
| You pay | $16.00 |
| Printify print cost | −$5.03 |
| Shopify card processing (2.9% + $0.30) | −$0.76 |
| Goes to me | $10.21 |
Everything is print-on-demand through Printify, so nothing gets printed until you order it. Each product page lists the real base cost Printify charges me, the card fee, and what's left for me.
How AI is used
- Product artwork is built from the PHEENIKS logo and brand fonts. No AI image generator was used to make the designs.
- This store itself: I used an AI assistant (Claude) to help set up the theme, draft pages and policies, and calculate the pricing breakdowns. I review what goes live, and I'm responsible for it.
Things this store will never do
- No fake "compare at" prices, fake sales or countdown timers.
- No fake reviews, star ratings or "only 3 left!" pressure.
- No hidden subscriptions. Everything here is a one-time purchase.
- No selling your data. See the privacy policy for what Shopify collects to run checkout.
If there's ever a real sale, it'll say why and when it ends.
Who else is involved
- Shopify runs the store, checkout and payments.
- Printify and its print partners print and ship your order. They get your name and shipping address, and nothing else.
- Affiliate links: the My setup page links to gear I use on Amazon. As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases, at no extra cost to you. Affiliate links are always labeled.
FAQ
Who runs this store?
Just me, Pheeniks. I'm a solo creator making worlds, art and lore. There's no team or warehouse. The main site is darealpheeniks.com.
Who makes the products, and how long does it take?
Printify's print partners print each piece after you order. That's usually 2–7 business days of production, plus 3–8 business days of US shipping. You'll get tracking by email. See the shipping policy.
Were these made with AI?
No. The designs are built from my own logo and fonts, with no AI image generators. I did use an AI assistant to help set up the store itself. Details are in How AI is used above.
What if something is wrong with my order?
Email me. If something arrives misprinted or damaged (within 30 days of delivery, with a photo), you'll get a replacement or a full refund. See the refund policy.
Where does my money go?
Every product page shows the breakdown: price, print cost, Shopify's card fee (2.9% + 30¢), and what I keep. See Where your money goes above.
Where did the downloads and free kits go?
They're off the shelf while I remake them from scratch, by hand. They'll come back when they're ready. If you bought one before, your download link still works. If it doesn't, contact me and I'll sort it out.
Will there be dice and tabletop gear?
Yes, that's next. I'm hand-picking dice sets and tabletop gear from independent shops. When they arrive, each product page will say who makes and ships it.
Are the links on My setup affiliate links?
Yes. They go to Amazon, and as an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases. It costs you nothing extra, and I only list gear I actually use (plus one dream PC, clearly marked).
Do you ship internationally?
Orders ship anywhere the print partners deliver that's offered at checkout. Import duties, if your country charges them, are paid by the recipient.
